Fee Management

Financial Assistance

  • Allocate financial aid with credit notes to specific students/groups.
  • Maintain detailed records of assistance provided.

Student Ledgers

  • Access comprehensive student financial history.
  • Track all fee transactions, credits, debits, adjustments, balances.

Charge Application

  • Separate Screens for all custodians such as Library, Hostel, Transport and Security to apply charges as per predefined SOP
  • Fines, late fee, Car passes etc

 

Other Features

Students can split their vouchers or Combine vouchers to pay the charged amounts.
