Mimsoft (Pvt.) Ltd. (“**Mimsoft**“, “**we**“, “**us**“, or “**our**“) operates the **Qaza Tracker** mobile application (the “**App**“). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. Summary
Qaza Tracker is an **offline-first** app. It helps you estimate and track Qaza Umri (missed) prayers.
– **We do not operate a backend server** for the App.
– **We do not require an account**, email address, or phone number to use the App.
– **We do not sell your personal information.**
– **We do not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs** in the App.
– **Your data is stored locally on your device** unless you choose to export, share, or back it up yourself.

## 3. Information the App Stores
All information below is **entered by you** or **generated by the App on your device** based on your input. It is stored locally in the App’s on-device storage.
### 3.1 Profile and setup information
– Profile name (optional)
– Gender (optional; used only for qaza calculation estimates)
– Average menstruation days (optional; used only for deduction calculations, if applicable)
– Whether Witr is included in calculations
– Preferred language
### 3.2 Qaza calculation and plan data
– Date ranges and calculation settings you provide
– Estimated qaza counts per prayer
– Your chosen completion plan (daily targets, plan mode, active prayer)
### 3.3 Prayer logging and progress
– Dates and counts of qaza prayers you log
– Gamification data (such as XP, streaks, badges, and milestones)
### 3.4 Deduction days
– Dates and reasons you record for deduction periods (for example, menstruation, postnatal bleeding, or custom reasons)
### 3.5 App settings
– Theme and language preferences
– Daily reminder settings (enabled/disabled, time, sound preferences)
– Auto-backup preferences (enabled/disabled, frequency, last backup time)
– Onboarding and active profile selection
### 3.6 Backup files
If you use backup features, the App creates JSON backup files containing the data described above. These files remain under your control.

## 4. How We Use Information
We use the information stored in the App **only to provide App functionality**, including:
– Calculating estimated qaza totals
– Tracking your daily progress and plans
– Showing reports and history
– Applying gamification features
– Scheduling local reminders you enable
– Creating and restoring backups when you request it
We do **not** use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

The App does **not** collect or require:

– Photos or media (except when you explicitly choose a file through your device’s file picker)

The App does **not** automatically transmit your qaza data to Mimsoft or any other server.

## 6. How Information Is Shared
### 6.1 We do not share your data
Mimsoft does **not** receive, access, or share your personal App data. There is no cloud account or sync service operated by us.
### 6.2 Sharing you control
You may choose to share or copy your data using App features, for example:
– **Export & Share Backup** — shares a backup file through your device’s share sheet (e.g. email, messaging apps, cloud storage apps)
– **Auto-backup to cloud folder** — if enabled, copies backup files to a folder **you select** (such as Google Drive or iCloud Drive)
– **Restore from file** — imports a backup file **you select** from your device or cloud storage
When you use these features, your data is handled according to the policies of the app or service you choose (for example, Google, Apple, WhatsApp, or your email provider). We do not control those services.
### 6.3 Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. Because the App stores data locally on your device, we generally would not have access to your data unless you provide it to us directly (for example, in a support request).

## 7. Device Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions to support optional features:

## 8. Data Storage and Security
– Your data is stored in the App’s private storage area on your device.
– Data is not encrypted by Mimsoft on a remote server, because it is not uploaded to our servers.
– You are responsible for securing your device (passcode, biometrics, etc.).
– If you export or back up data to cloud services or other apps, security of those copies depends on the services you use and your device settings.
Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored data unless you have exported or backed it up elsewhere first.

## 9. Data Retention
– Data remains on your device until you delete it within the App, use **Reset counters**, use **Reset all data**, uninstall the App, or restore from a backup that replaces existing data.
– Auto-backup files kept on your device or in a folder you choose are retained according to your auto-backup settings (the App may keep a limited number of recent backup files).

## 10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Because your data is stored locally and we do not operate a user account system, you can exercise most choices directly in the App:
– **Access / review** — view your profiles, logs, calculations, and settings in the App
– **Correction** — edit your profile, calculations, plans, and logs
– **Deletion** — delete profiles, reset counters, reset all data, or uninstall the App
– **Export** — export a JSON backup at any time
– **Opt out of reminders** — disable notifications in App settings or device settings
– **Opt out of auto-backup** — disable auto-backup or remove the cloud folder in App settings

## 11. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will assist with deletion on the device where applicable.

## 12. International Users
The App is developed by Mimsoft (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Pakistan. If you use the App from outside Pakistan, your information remains on your device unless you choose to export or back it up to a service in another country. By using backup or share features with third-party services, you understand those services may process data under their own policies and locations.

The App may open external links (for example, the Mimsoft website) using your device’s browser. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Third-party services may be involved only when **you** choose to use device or sharing features (cloud storage, email, messaging, file pickers). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

The App allows you to enter information related to religious practice (qaza prayer tracking) and, optionally, gender and deduction periods that may relate to personal health circumstances. This information is stored **only on your device** and is used **only** for calculation and tracking features within the App. It is not shared with Mimsoft.
This App provides **estimates only** and is not a substitute for religious guidance from a qualified scholar or medical advice from a healthcare professional.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. If changes are material, we may also notify you through the App or app store listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
